Added [fotos.html] and edit-buttons as well as new stylings

• added alignment for .db-page-content-class as a suffix: left, right and justify by default

• [posts.html] animated showing/hiding month selector
• renamed tailwind.css directory from css/tailwind.css to dev/tailwind.css to get a better visual understanding of it being a developer only file
