* [x] Support main releases and dev prereleases in one workflow After this PR we support: 1. Standard `vX.Y.Z` releases made from GitHub UI 2. Manually triggered releases with name `[dev] <tag> <date>` with limited lifetime (set to 3 months by default) 3.
