SUMMARY

Update the chartTable component pagination style to make it the same

BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

open the table chart with enough data that could show pagination (more than one page)
check the pagination style format

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Has associated issue: Fixes Issue #1 - [BUG] Table Chart pagination layout broken #2
Required feature flags:
Changes UI
Includes DB Migration (follow approval process in SIP-59)
- Migration is atomic, supports rollback & is backwards-compatible
- Confirm DB migration upgrade and downgrade tested
- Runtime estimates and downtime expectations provided
Introduces new feature or API
Removes existing feature or API
