On a Segment Email's detail page, Mautic lists the Segments the Email targets in a **Segments used** section below the content preview. Each Segment appears as a colored tag, so you can see at a glance which audiences receive the Email. This section only appears for Segment - broadcast - Emails, not template Emails.

The tag colors are decorative and carry no meaning. Mautic assigns them in order from a fixed palette.

Each tag links to the Segment's detail page when you have permission to view that Segment. Mautic checks this permission for each Segment separately, so if you can view some of the targeted Segments but not others, only the ones you can view appear as links - the others still show their names as plain tags. A User who can view Emails but not Segments sees every Segment name without a link.
