Add a 'Cloning a Role' section to managing_roles.rst covering the new role-cloning workflow from mautic/mautic PR #15402: the clone icon on each Roles listing row, create-permission gating, the pre-filled 'Clone of [Original Role Name]' form, copied settings, and saving to create the clone.

Mautic 7 adds a role-cloning workflow to Roles management (Settings → Roles). A clone icon on each Role's row lets an administrator create a new Role from an existing one — the new Role form opens pre-filled with the source Role's Title (as 'Clone of [Original Role Name]'), Description, Full System Access setting, and all Permissions, which the User can edit before saving.
This adds a new "Cloning a Role" section to managing_roles.rst covering where the clone icon appears, that it's gated by the Roles Create permission, what settings are copied, that the clone is only created on save, and the step-by-step workflow. It cross-references the existing "Setting granular permissions" section so users can adjust permissions on the clone.
