Adds
%val{cursor-line-percent}value to obtain the cursor line as percentage of the total lines. For use inmodelinefmt.Yes, I know it can be computed in an external process but that seems like an overkill to launch a new process every time to get such a basic (and otherwise commonly supported) indicator.
