This PR removes build-time protobuf generation from the
spiffeandspire-apicrates and centralizes it under anxtaskworkflow. Generated sources are committed to the repository, improving build determinism,docs.rscompatibility, and CI reliability.Protobuf code can now be regenerated explicitly via
cargo run -p xtask -- gen spiffeandcargo run -p xtask -- gen spire-api.
