Updated to follow the latest changes in
spinners.jsonfrom https://github.com/sindresorhus/cli-spinners.Also, since .NET 5 is no longer supported, I updated workflows to target .NET 8 instead.
There’s no .NET 5-specific logic in Kurukuru.dll, so I removed
net5.0from the TargetFrameworks.
