Fix recovery when stop bit is missing #1

When the stop bit is missing it now correctly waits for the line to go back high before searching for the next start bit. Fixes a bug that causes a flood of data_ready events when the RX line is stuck low. See http://www.xcore.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=6824&p=33842
