Wrote some fixes for scripts in mc2-dcc-center to make uploads succeed.
Altered the column headers in the df being created by the script to match those in , and changed paths for use on local machine.
TODO: Generalize scripts to work regardless of filesystem, and add command line inputs to specify files needing to be processed instead of having it hardcoded in the files.
