I'm not a full time developer, but happy to give things a go as I have a programming background and publish examples of items that I often get asked about in the real world in my day to day job. I hope you find at least some of these examples helpful. If there is a item or topic you would like an example on, reach out and I might just make one 👍

I have been trying to move some content and processes into more consumable "codelabs" where people can go step by step and learn items. These are currently all based on Genesys Cloud. To access these go here you will need to use a Gmail account to login to access them, this is to enable a server side save state for your progress across devices. This is a work in progress effort. Feel free to give feedback on this content.

👨‍💻 Extra Info

I started my coding journey in high school back in the Visual Basic days. Since studing coding it has not been my primary role but over my career of installing prem systems and later moving to selling cloud software, integrations are often a requirement. Having a Development background and knowledge of RESTful APIs has helped me a LOT over the last few years and lately I have started to post some examples here to give a reference point for people to use. Most of my examples are currently based around the Genesys Cloud CX product.
