We have no intentions to publish `@mdn/dex` on npm. Avoids that we have to add `.npmignore` with `eslint.config.js`.

Description
Migrates the ESLint config to the flat config.
Motivation
Unblocks the upgrade to #40.
Also revealed that the unicorn rules were not checked.
