Adds numerous missing Spanish strings to packages/admin/dashboard/src/i18n/translations/es.json covering products/media, orders (exchanges, shipment, export), inventory/locations, promotions/campaigns limits, refund reasons, views, and general UI labels.

• i18n (es) in packages/admin/dashboard/src/i18n/translations/es.json:
  • Products:
    • Media and variant media: new labels, toasts, tooltips, and actions (e.g., manageImageVariants, variantImages, addToMultipleVariants).
    • Added product list columns translations.
  • Orders:
    • Exchanges: added carry-over promotion labels/tooltips.
    • Shipment: added trackingUrl, labelUrl.
    • Export: new section (header, description, success, filters).
  • Inventory/Stock Locations:
    • New empty/filtered list messages and levelDeleted toast; delete success for locations.
  • Promotions/Campaigns:
    • Added allocation tooltip, usage/limit fields, allocation.once, limit form texts; campaign fields for usage metrics; budget fields for per-attribute limits and labels.
  • Translations UI:
    • Bulk editor mainColumn label.
  • General/UI:
