Fixed type mismatch in langchain vector update

Description

• Wrapped vector and payload parameters in lists when calling insert from update method
• Added test_update_vector() test to verify correct parameter passing and prevent regressions

Testing

• Added unit test that verifies the fix
• All existing tests pass
