fix(factory): Update AWS Bedrock mapping to use specific config class

Description

This PR fixes the AWS Bedrock LLM factory mapping to use the correct configuration class. Previously, the factory was using the generic BaseLlmConfig for AWS Bedrock, which prevented users from utilizing AWS Bedrock-specific
configuration options. The fix updates the mapping to use AWSBedrockConfig, consistent with how other providers (like Azure OpenAI and OpenAI) are configured.
