- Add multi-stage Dockerfile optimized for Next.js - Use standalone output for minimal production image - Run as non-root user (nextjs:nodejs) - Configure build-time environment variables - Add .dockerignore and .env.example for better DX - Enable standalone output in next.config.ts
- Remove unnecessary .env.example file - Restore original SITE_NAME and SITE_DESCRIPTION in .env.template
All apps now use Node 24 Alpine for better consistency across the stack
