Create docs/DATASETS.md listing public sign-language datasets (WLASL, MS-ASL, How2Sign, Phoenix-2014T, etc.) with:

• License summary
• Language / size
• Whether video or landmarks
• Link + citation
• Safe-to-use notes for open-source training

Do not redistributing copyrighted media; document only.

Acceptance

• docs/DATASETS.md merged with ≥8 corpora rows
• Each row has license + link
• Ethics note matches README

• Modality (video / landmarks / both)
• License (SPDX identifier where possible)
• URL + canonical citation
• Safe-to-use notes for open-source training

Coverage plan: WLASL, MS-ASL, How2Sign, Phoenix-2014T, BSL-1K, Jester, Sign Language MNIST, INCLUDE, VSLT-LSFB, AUTSL (10 datasets, exceeds ≥8 acceptance). Each row cross-checked against official sources as of 2026-07-17.

Ethics note mirrors README tone: no redistribution, document only, license-respect-first.

• Language and dataset size
• Modality: video, landmarks, or both
• License and usage restrictions verified from official sources
• Official project link and canonical citation
• Safe-use notes for open-source training

I will not redistribute any dataset media. I will also add an ethics and licensing note consistent with the repository README.
