Not ready for bounty acceptance yet.

This PR still uses the legacy Repo Issue Fix value in the new project-category flow, so it does not fully implement the requested New Project vs Bug Fix split. Please keep the taxonomy consistent across the selector, repo-import path, AI evaluation payload, and final project payload.

Evidence and star eligibility are also still missing. Please star the repo and attach runtime screenshots/GIF/video for the changed flow before review can continue.

Thanks for the contribution and for moving this bounty forward. We accepted PR #109 for issue #12 after a small maintainer follow-up, and this PR is now superseded by the merged implementation on master. Closing to keep the queue clean. For the next bounty, please rebase on latest master and include clear runtime evidence/screenshots so review can move faster.
