Introduce OperationManager to retrieve operations from plugin manifests instead of using hardcoded constants. This allows plugins to define custom interaction operations.
Update package versions for @devtable/api, @devtable/dashboard, and @devtable/settings-form to 14.60.11-1.
Use a wildcard export for the plugins component to reduce maintenance and streamline the public API.
Update version to 14.60.11-2 in api, dashboard, and settings-form package.json files.
