Add environmental sensors (and GPS) to the Heltec MeshSolar Repeater Node and remove the old "hacky GPS" implementation.
-D MESH_PACKET_LOGGING=1is also included because I needed it for the letsmesh.net Observer functionality, but this can easily be removed.
GPS is useful (even on a repeater) to sync and keep the clock "up to date".
