This PR reverts a previous change (#97) by removing the no-duplicate-categories: true setting from the release-drafter configuration. This setting controls whether pull requests can appear in multiple categories in the release notes. Removing it allows the default behavior where PRs may be listed under multiple categories if they match multiple label criteria.
