Remove Fluorite & Filament

Thanks to #140 being merged, any references to the Fluorite project and its google/filament dependency, as well as the relevant configurations, shall be moved out of the main workspace-automation tree, and into its own dedicated repository, as a "remote platform" ✨

(repo URL TBD)

The purpose of this is to keep workspace-automation tree at a focused minimum, and providing an example of federated configuration, now that it's possible 💙

This PR removes all references to fluorite/filament/filament_view/filament_scene , consisting of:

• Related files in configs/*.json
• References to dependencies and/or compile flags from configs/desktop-homescreen.json
• CI configuration
• Documentation

@jwinarske What should the "Test AOT" CI jobs point to now? Currently they're set to:

./flutter_workspace.py --create-aot --app-path=./app/tcna-packages/packages/**filament_scene**/example/

Also, can I remove the "Requirements to build filament-windows/flutter-engine-windows" section from README?
