Summary: The BUCK file had incorrect source paths pointing to non-existent directories and referenced a missing `fbsource//third-party/rust:adblock` target. Updated paths to match the actual directory structure (`master/src/`) and removed the dependency on the unvendored adblock crate to resolve the build analysis error. Differential Revision: D91849003
