This commit converts all the documentation files from reStructuredText (.rst) to Markdown (.md). The following changes were made: - All .rst files in the docs/ directory were converted to .md files using pandoc. - The Sphinx configuration (docs/conf.py) was updated to use myst_parser to parse Markdown files. - The toctree directives were updated to the myst_parser syntax. - Broken links and other syntax issues from the conversion were fixed. - The documentation was successfully built with no warnings.
