This PR enhances the Typing Speed Test application by expanding the collection of practice quotes and improving the restart experience.

Changes Made

1. Added multiple new quotes to provide greater variety during typing tests.
2. Updated the Start button behavior to function as a Restart button while a test is in progress.
3. Improved user experience by allowing users to begin a new test without refreshing the page.
4. Maintained existing timer and completion tracking functionality.
