This PR intends to add deployment to Cloudflare.

Tasks

  • Terraform scripts
    • Cloudflare
      • Add Cloudflare infra scripts
    • AWS
      • Update the Terraform and the AWS provider version to the latest
      • Reformat the scripts
  • Github Actions
    • Add the deployment job
    • Add Terraform checks to the Verify job

Notes

  • No DNS record is changed.
