Add minor visual changes

This PR intends to add minor visual improvements, for example adding an icon to the blog post's publish date, adding the estimated read time to each blog post and some under the hood optimizations.

Tasks

• Add icon to the blog posts' publish date
• Add estimated reading time to each blog post
• Remove all View transitions related code

Notes

• For the moment the estimated reading time is only added to the blog post itself, it is not present in the list of blog posts. This will be added later.
