This is a small update to the shared_styles.css code that forces a constant width and height for the homepage tiles.
When adding the code for SE, the homepage tile's text caused the tile to expand separately from the others, visually messing up the formatting of the tiles.
The width is what they were all sized to already, and the height is increased just enough to add one line of text to the tile text.
