This release

  • New Game bridge page - MAIRA now works with Le Mans Ultimate!
    • MAIRA translates the game's telemetry into iRacing format in real time, so force feedback, wind, haptics, and sounds all work just like they do with iRacing.
    • Steering effects are limited to the seat-of-pants effect - the understeer and oversteer effects require per-car calibration files, which are only available for iRacing.
    • There are no plugins to install and nothing to configure in the game - MAIRA reads Le Mans Ultimate's built-in shared memory directly.
    • The bridge activates automatically whenever an enabled game is running, and MAIRA switches back to iRacing when the game exits.
    • Per-car and per-track settings work just like with iRacing, using the game's actual car models and track names.
    • Support for Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO, rFactor 2, and Automobilista 2 is coming soon.
  • New releases are now automatically announced on the Discord server.
  • Fixed detection of native USB CDC serial devices.
  • Fixed overloaded audio when the iRacing simulator starts.
  • Fixed the main window being lost when it ends up off screen.

  • The steering effects calibration file is now selected and loaded automatically.
    • The calibration file selector has been removed — the first calibration file found for the current car is loaded automatically when the simulator loads.
    • The calibration graph and the understeer / oversteer warnings now show a notice when no calibration file is available for the current car.
  • Improved AdminBoxx USB reliability.
    • New firmware 4.1.0 prevents SimHub from accidentally freezing the AdminBoxx.
    • The app now probes for the correct AdminBoxx data port and automatically reconnects if the device re-enumerates.
  • The G Tensioner and Typhoon Wind are now detected on more USB adapter chips (FTDI, CP210x, Prolific, and genuine Arduino boards, in addition to CH340).
  • The brake and throttle warning sound now watches the raw pedal inputs — what your feet are actually doing — so throttle or brake applied by the simulator's driving aids won't set it off.
  • Crash protection activation and deactivation are now recorded in the log file.
  • Fixed the saved sound output device reverting to the default device when restarting the app.
  • Fixed the reset countdown icon and overlay dragging on displays with a scaling other than 100%.
  • Fixed the combo box underline disappearing while its drop-down list is open.

  • The commentary page now shows ElevenLabs voice synthesis errors (for example, selecting a paid voice on a free subscription) instead of failing silently.

  • Major update to the G Tensioner.
    • Renamed the Seat Belt Tensioner to the G Tensioner.
    • New Auto-Tune mode learns the G forces your car actually produces and automatically sets the surge, sway, and heave max G force and the seat-of-pants scale for you.
    • New Balance triangle lets you weight the belt range toward surge, sway, or heave by dragging a dot (hold to reset to center).
  • Overlays can now remember their position and scale per car.
  • Improved AdminBoxx firmware updates with a progress percentage and better protection against boot-up freezes.
  • Renamed the Wind feature to Typhoon Wind.
  • Per-run log files are now saved to a Logs subfolder and kept for 7 days.

  • The Commentary on/off toggle can now be mapped to a button.
  • The Pedals page now shows the live status of each pedal effect (idle, active, or suppressed).
  • Added an "Open documents folder" shortcut to the app settings.
  • Added an option to automatically delete old installer files.
  • The app and its installer are now code-signed, so Windows no longer shows SmartScreen warnings when you launch or update it.
  • Update checks now respect your Windows notification state — the update prompt no longer pops up while you're in a full-screen session, away, or during quiet hours — and the app remembers when it last checked.
  • Fixed a threading issue on the Commentary page that could cause instability.
