What this PR is for?
The aim of this PR is to support both new and deprecated marketplace APIs. The deprecated APIs have the prefix
api/backend/marketplacewhile the new ones have the prefixapi/marketplace.With these changes, the
miactl marketplacecommands will work as before but it will print a deprecation message if the Console supports the new APIs. Moreover, there will be the newmiactl catalogcommands with the same functionalities as themiactl marketplacecommand but using the new APIs
