Added the
project applycommand to allow users to apply project configurations from a file.Updated output of
describecommand as well to better reflect the POST /configuration payload structure: this structure is more clear from the user perspective as the base configuration is wrapped inside the "config" field, instead of being a flat list of fields at the root level together with the other configurations fields
