These changes look great! Could you also update the README and the configuration page (content/configuration/index.md) with documentation on how users can add these? The Markdown content can be identical between the two. This will help others understand how to use your additions. Thanks so much for contributing!

Description
This PR makes it possible for the user to link to their mastodon profile by adding an icon next to the other icons.
It also adds a meta tag for author attribution and a link tag to enable website verification.
