How should we indicate that a record won't have any further downstream data

We have biosample_set, material_processing_set and processed_sample set records brought in from the submission portal to mongo ETL but the jgi sequencing project is abandoned so there is no public GOLD biosample or sequencing project. How do we want to indicate this in mongo so there are not questions about why downstream records don't exist. @sierra-moxon @mslarae13 @turbomam

You mean because we don't ingest this into mongo?
We could, especially if it'll make the GOLD record mapping easier.

Or are you saying in cases where sequencing fails?

If the sequencing project is abandoned there is no public GOLD Biosample or sequencing project, we have a biosample from the submission portal but the current code wouldn't make a DataGeneration record b/c there is no public GOLD record.
