Fix the issue where YouTube Shorts cannot play after switching to Incognito Mode.
Reproduction steps:
Open YouTube, log in with a Google account, and tap 'You' in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap 'Accounts' in the top left corner and enable Incognito Mode.
Tap 'Shorts' in the bottom navigation bar — videos fail to play.
