One user, a year ago, reported a successful operation with this PR. I have not had a chance to test it myself yet. However I want to get it merged none-the-less. Not to mention maintaining the fork is tedious. |

Add an API endpoint that allows us to generate Managed Apple ID Access Management JWTs. While the code works this has not yet been tested with an actual MDM device.
