Description
This PR introduces visual effects to the SceneGraph module as part of the Ignite demo. The main objective is to enhance the visual appeal and user experience by incorporating special transition effects between pages.
Motivation and Context
The SceneGraph demo was showcased at the Ignite conference to demonstrate the capabilities of the WindowsAppSDK. The code changes for the demo was added in the branch
feature/Ignite2024-BRK304-ABDemo. The branch contains demos of multiple features. This PR splits the contents of SceneGraph demoHow Has This Been Tested?
