Improve TraceLogging
Always include _GENERIC_PARTB_FIELDS_ENABLED in TraceLoggingWrite calls for rich log information
Always specify PDT Keyword per PII practices. Usually TraceLoggingKeyword(PDT_ProductAndServicePerformance) (was in these cases but any future devs reading this should consult with your privacy representative)
