docs: Added release and missed image file and path in all the docs

Purpose

• This pull request includes several changes across multiple files, focusing on adding a new GitHub workflow, updating documentation, and correcting image paths. The most important changes include the addition of a new release workflow, updates to authentication and quota settings documentation, and corrections to image paths in the resource group deletion documentation.

New GitHub Workflow:
