fix: update table column percentage

  This pull request includes updates to the scripts/quota_check_params.sh script to improve the formatting of the output table. The changes reduce the width of the "Model Name" column to ensure better readability.

Formatting improvements:

• scripts/quota_check_params.sh: Adjusted the width of the "Model Name" column from 60 characters to 45 characters in the TEMP_TABLE_ROWS array.
• scripts/quota_check_params.sh: Updated the width of the "Model Name" column from 60 characters to 45 characters in the table header.
