fix: Update dependabot.yml path

Purpose

• This pull request includes updates to the .github/dependabot.yml file to correct the directories for both frontend and backend dependencies.

Directory updates for dependabot:

• Changed the directory for the frontend dependencies from /frontend to /src/frontend to reflect the correct path.
• Changed the directory for the backend dependencies from / to /src/backend to reflect the correct path.
