This PR adjusts the notification center demo so the “Dismiss all” control behaves correctly and only appears when relevant.
Changes:
- Wraps the “Dismiss all”
FluentAnchorin a conditional block so it only renders when there are notifications (MessageService.Count(App.MESSAGES_NOTIFICATION_CENTER) > 0). - Updates the
Hrefon the “Dismiss all” link from an empty string to"#"to avoid redirecting to the site root when clicked.

Fix #4492
This pull request makes a small but important change to the
NotificationCenterPanel.razorcomponent. Now, the "Dismiss all" link will only be shown if there are notifications present in the notification center, improving the user experience by hiding unnecessary actions. Also, the link does not redirect to the homepage anymore.NotificationCenterPanel.razorso that the "Dismiss all" anchor is only rendered when there are notifications to dismiss.
