Add DETAILS.md for improved documentation

This PR adds a standardized DETAILS.md generated by Detailer to improve project onboarding, AI-agent integration, and maintainability.

Why DETAILS.md?

• Provides architecture overview automatically
• Optimized for AI assistants and IDEs
• Keeps docs in sync with code via automated generation
