Delete pointer to array with delete[], not delete. Fixes microsoft#648

The adapter for Xerces was using new and delete as if they were malloc and free. This resulted in
new'ing objects with size N, anddelete'ing them with size 1. This PR fixes it by using newuint8_t[size], anddelete[];Fixes #648
