  The goal here is to put out a new official release, and one we can reliably keep compatible as we put out new minor versions. We've found a number of small (but still breaking) changes between the latest `main` and `release/1.0` and `release/1.1` that prevent us from keeping the major version `1` for the next release.

  The second official release of MsQuic (v1.1). This will ship in the next Windows client release most likely (whenever that is). The goal is to add official Linux support, likely based on OpenSSL.

• Iron

  The first official release (v1.0.0) of MsQuic. Windows Server (2021? 2022? I don't know the name) will ship mquic.sys from this release. Linux will be in "preview" support. It works, but might have bugs and likely won't get any Linux specific security fixes in the future.
