The MSStore.CLI.MSIX_TemporaryKey.pfx test certificate (CN=msstore.cli.testcert) expired on 2026-03-17. Regenerated a new self-signed code-signing certificate with the same subject, valid through 2031.

MSStore.CLI.MSIX_TemporaryKey.pfxtest certificate (CN=msstore.cli.testcert) expired on 2026-03-17.This regenerates a new self-signed code-signing certificate with the same subject, valid through 2031, so local MSIX builds can be signed again.
CN=msstore.cli.testcert(matches the manifest Publisher)
