Benchmark script failed with DML EP.
Main issue was with generate_prompt which generated a prompt from a single token. DML GQA interprets any single token as token generation case, when in this case it should be prompt case; this causes a crash. Now generate prompt generates a prompt from two tokens as a workaround.
