This displays as only timeout. We've done this in previous patch notes (see location in 1.48), but it's non-ideal

Let's move this section to the end, before Browser versions.
| * Option [`property: TestConfig.updateSnapshots`] now updates all snapshots when set to `all`, rather than only the failed/changed snapshots. Use the new enum `changed` to keep the old functionality of only updating the changed snapshots. | ||

We could add more structure by grouping changes to 'steps', aria, update snapshots, etc, but perhaps this list is short enough and it doesn't matter.
