Offline App: Clicking Share for Advanced Livestream and Community Games triggers offline warning

Describe the bug
In the Arcade Offline App, clicking the Share button for projects under Advanced Livestream or Community Games opens the Share dialog, but also triggers an unexpected warning message:"Network request failed; you appear to be offline".

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download and open the Arcade offline app: https://arcade.makecode.com/offline-app?v=v4.1.23
2. Navigate to Advanced Livestream or Community Games.
3. Select any project and click Share.
4. Observe the behavior.

Actual behavior
Clicking Share for Advanced Livestream and Community Games triggers offline warning.

Expected behavior
Clicking Share should open the Share dialog without displaying the warning message.

Verified the issue on latest offline app build: 4.1.25, it has been fixed.
