handling trailing slashes in service url

When Service Url asked during login, we get it from the browser window address url, like;

https://dev.azure.com/contoso/

Trailing slash makes the login command fail

This PR filters out empty items of the string array after splitting the path by /

So, parsing Service Url succeeds and login operation continues.
