Fix typos in README.md

Four errors in README.md:

• Missing article: "you must have Python environment" → "you must have a Python environment"
• Duplicate URL: Marketplace Terms of Use link had the URL concatenated with itself
• Misplaced bullet: "Since not working with Python..." appeared inside the Working with Python Quick Start (belongs only in Working with other Languages)
• Merged table row: Jupyter: Export to HTML Jupyter: Export to PDF was a single table entry; split into two separate rows
